캐나다 이민- 자녀 나이 제한 및 유지

1. Family class, humanitarian and compassionate, federal economic class (가족, H&C, 연방 경제 이민)

연방정부에 서류가 접수된 날짜로 자녀의 나이는 고정됩니다. 예를 들어 아이가 22세 미만일 때, 이민청에 서류 접수가 되었으면 그 이후 22세가 넘어도 계속 부양 자녀로 인정이 됩니다. 

연방정부에 서류가 접수된 날짜는 파일넘버(AOR Letter)에 나오는 Received Date 입니다.

2.Provincial nominee program (주정부 이민)

주정부에 서류가 접수된 날짜로 자녀의 나이는 고정됩니다. 예를 들어 아이가 22세 미만일 때, 주정부에 서류 접수가 되었으면 그 이후 22세가 넘어도 계속 부양 자녀로 인정이 됩니다.  주정부에서 서류가 접수된 날짜는, 노미네이션 레터에 Date of Application 에 나와있습니다. 파일넘버에도 Date of Received가 나와 있습니다. 

하지만 2014년 8월 1일 이전에 접수한 분들은 연방정부에 서류가 접수된 날짜로 고정됩니다. (2014년 8월 1일 이전 접수 하신 분들은 거의 영주권을 받으셨을 가능성이 많으니, 뭐 크게 상관은 없겠지만요.)

3. Live-in Caregiver Program(입주 케어기버 프로그램)

입주 케어 기버 프로그램으로 신청한 첫 워크퍼밋의 접수날짜로 자녀의 나이는 고정됩니다. 

하지만 2014년 8월 1일 이전에 접수한 분들은 연방정부에 서류가 접수된 날짜로 고정됩니다. (2014년 8월 1일 이전 접수 하신 분들은 거의 영주권을 받으셨을 가능성이 많으니, 뭐 크게 상관은 없겠지만요.)
