캐나다 기술 이민, Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry)

연방 Express Entry 프로그램중 FSW 프로그램은 캐나다 고용주에게 잡오퍼가 없어도 현재 캐나다에서 일을 하고 있지 않아도 개인 점수만 되면 신청이 가능한 카테고리 입니다. 

아래 표에 나온 6가지 항목의 점수 합계가 67점 이상 되어야 신청이 가능하며, 기본 신청 조건은 아래와 같습니다. 

-영어 CLB 7점 이상

-최근 10년 내 1년 이상의 NOC 레벨 0,A,B 의 직업 경력(월급을 받고 세금을 낸 기록이 있어야 함.)

-최소 고졸 이상의 학력(캐나다 내 학력인증 필수(▶학력인증 알아보러 바로가기◀)

-만약 캐나다에서 일하고 있지 않거나 잡오퍼가 없을 경우 정착자금(아래 표 잠조)

즉 위의 네가지 조건을 갖춘 신청자가 아래 6가지 팩터에서 67점이 넘으면 Express Entry Pool에 등록을 할 수 있습니다. 등록된 사람들 중 점수가 높은 순서대로 매달 두 차례 추첨(Round of Invitation)을 하게 됩니다. (▶Express Entry 알아보러 바로가기◀)

You and your spouse or common-law partner who will immigrate with you to Canada can earn points for adaptability.

You and your spouse can earn a maximum of 10 points by combining any of the elements below. These elements assess how well you and your spouse are likely to settle in Canada.

Your spouse or partner’s language level Your spouse or common-law partner has a language level in either English or French at CLB 4 level or higher in all 4 language abilities (speaking, listening, reading and writing). To get these points, you must submit your spouse or common-law partner’s test results from an approved agency when you apply. The language tests are valid for 2 years after the date of the test result. They must be valid on the day you apply for permanent residence.	5
Your past studies in Canada You completed at least 2 academic years of full-time study (in a program at least 2 years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada. Full-time study means at least 15 hours of classes per week. You must have stayed in good academic standing (as set out by the school) during that time.	5
Your spouse or partner’s past studies in Canada Your spouse or common-law partner completed at least 2 academic years of full-time study (in a program at least 2 years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada. Full-time study means at least 15 hours of classes per week, and your spouse or partner must have stayed in good academic standing (as set out by the school) during that time.	5
Your past work in Canada You did at least 1 year of full-time work in Canada: In a job listed in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). And, with a valid work permit, or while authorized to work in Canada.	10
Your spouse or common-law partner’s past work in Canada Your spouse or partner did at least 1 year of full-time work in Canada on a valid work permit or while authorized to work in Canada.	5
Arranged employment in Canada You earned points for having arranged employment.	5
Relatives in Canada You, or your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative who is: living in Canada 18 years or older and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident This relative must be a: parent grandparent child grandchild your or your spouse’s sibling (child of your or your spouse’s parent) your or your spouse’s aunt or uncle (by blood or marriage) your or your spouse’s niece or nephew (grandchild of your or your spouse’s parent)	5

67점 이상 받은 경우라도, CRS 시스템에서 점수가 450점 정도 되야 안정적으로 초청을 받을 수 있습니다. 따지는 조건이 여러가지라 헷갈릴 수도 있는데요. 1번은 맨 위의 네가지 (영어, 경력, 학력, 자금)을 갖춘 자가 2번째 6가지 Factor표에서 받은 점수 67점 이상을 받고 세번째 CRS 시스템상 450점대의 점수 이 세가지 스텝을 모두 갖추셔야 EE에서 초청이 가능합니다.
