Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream – Manitoba Work Experience Pathway
Criterion	Minimum Requirement(최소지원자격)
Work Experience in Manitoba / Current Employment in Manitoba	Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) and International Students: Manitoba Graduates in occupations on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 6 months in Manitoba (the job is not necessarily related to your field of study); 취업비자가 있거나 마니토바 내 대학 졸업자 중,  In-demand Occupations list 직업군에서 6개월 이상 마니토바에서 일을 하거나 OR International Students: Out-of-Province Graduates in occupations on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba (the job is not necessarily related to your field of study); 타주 대학 졸업자 중 In-demand Occupations에서 12개월 이상 마니토바에서 일을 하거나(직업이 전공과 관련 없어도됨) OR Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) in occupations not on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba with an LMIA-supported or LMIA exempt work permit; 취업비자가 있고,  In-demand Occupations list 이외의 직업 에서 12개월 이상 일을 한 경우  OR International Students: Manitoba Graduates in occupations not on Manitoba’s published In-demand Occupations list who have worked a minimum of 12 months in Manitoba. 마니토바 내 대학 졸업자 중  In-demand Occupations list 이외의 직업 에서 12개월 이상 일을 한 경우
Additional Employment Requirements	You must be residing and/or working in MB at the time of application; You must have a long-term, full-time job offer that meets MB’s employment and wage standards for the occupation; Your working conditions consistent to those of Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents of Canada; and Your position is not home-based, part-time, temporary, seasonal, or commission-based. 풀타임으로 마니토바 내 직장에서 Permanent Job Offer를 가지고 있고 영주권 접수 시점에 마니토바에서 일을 하고 살고 있어야함. (가족이 한국에 있는 건 괜찮지만, 타주에 있을 경우 심사가 까다로울 수 있음.)
Official Languages Proficiency	The minimum official language proficiency depends on the assessed NOC:(최소 영어 점수) Minimum CLB/NCLC 7 for Regulated Occupations Minimum CLB/NCLC 6 for Compulsory Trades Minimum CLB/NCLC 5 for all other NOC 0, A, or B occupations Minimum CLB/NCLC 4 for semi-skilled occupations (NOC C or D)
Adaptability	You must demonstrate the ability and intent to reside in Manitoba (마니토바에서 살 의향이 강하게 있어야 하고 증명할 수 있어야 함.)

위의 표를 잘 살펴보면, 최소 마니토바에서 6개월 이상 일을 하고 있는 경우에는 마니토바 주정부 이민의 신청자격이 거의 된다고 보시면 됩니다. 다만 타주 졸업자의 경우 마니토바 내 1년 경력이 필요하고, 직업군이 NOC B레벨인 경우가 대부분이므로 영어는 CLB5점을 받아야 합니다.

이 카테고리는 현재 마니토바에서 일을 하지 않고 있어도 됨

Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream – Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway
Criterion	Minimum Requirement
Work Experience(경력)	Minimum of 2 years in the past 5 years of employment experience relevant to the occupation being recruited, or other relevant experience identified by the employer; OR Relevant experience as identified by the employer if other than 2 years. 최근 5년 이내 2년의 연관 경력
Additional Employment / Job Offer Requirements	Long-term, full-time job offer that meets Manitoba’s employment and wage standards for the occupation; The employer has a registered commercial business that has been operating in MB for at least the three years immediately preceding the application;  Your working conditions would be consistent to those of Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents of Canada; and Your position is not home-based, part-time, temporary, seasonal, or commission-based. 풀타임 Permanent 잡오퍼를 받아야 하며, 고용주는 마니토바에서 3년이상 합법적으로 비지니스 운영하여야 함.

Age	21-45
Education	You must have post-secondary education and/or training related to the occupation being recruited or identified by employer. If the position requires licensure or certification, you must apply to the regulatory body to have their qualifications and skills assessed and/or pass an examination. For NOC C or D occupations, the MPNP reserves the right to select individuals with no post-secondary education, providing they possess the required training for the job according to employer requirements and NOC description.

고용주 직접 고용 이민은 마니토바에서 3년이상 비지니스를 운영한 고용주가 잡오퍼를 주는 직업과 같은 2년 경력이 있는 21~45세의 해외에 있는 사람을 주정부 노미니로 데려오는 방식 입니다. 주정부 노미니를 받을 경우, 잡오퍼를 준 고용주 회사에서 2년 일할 수 있는 취업비자를 받을 수 있습니다.
